It has been a year since we moved back in to our ‘completely transformed’ family home and we still smile every time we turn into the driveway.

Just as we’d hoped, our much larger, more comfortable, more functional and healthier home has improved our lifestyle in countless ways.

Everyone who has visited, from friends to tradespeople, has commented on the exceptional level of workmanship that you produced – Carty’s is a quality that stands out and is a testament to your attention to detail (indeed Michael Bee’s meticulousness rivals my own!).

From the outset we were conscious that ours was not going to be an ‘easy’ renovation, due to our need to accommodate a famiy-member with ‘chemical sensitivities’, and to consequently find substitutes to many ‘everyday’ building products. We knew this was a ‘big ask’ of any builder, but you didn’t hesitate to take up the challenge and went ‘above and beyond’ to understand, consult and find solutions to our often unusual requirements.

You heard what we wanted, you delivered on it, and all while keeping our limited budget in mind (taking the time to talk us through options when the need arose). For all of this, for your reliable and highly-skilled tradespeople, for your dedication and for the beautiful house that we now call ‘home’, we remain forever grateful.
