Watsons Bay – Waterfront transformation
This waterfront house in Watsons Bay needed significant remodeling to create a home of exceptional appeal. The home is set on a large block with striking harbour views and the owners preferred to maintain its non-imposing profile in order to preserve the area’s character. The architect made dramatic changes to exterior and interior that provided aesthetic appeal and modern functionality.

Of note is the extensive use of limestone with fine precision joints and concealed drainage channels.
