Lindfield – Chinese design principles create ambience and luxury
Travertine Textures – The travertine starts at the footpath with travertine slabs & then runs right up through the entry. It changes from brushed travertine externally to honed travertine tiles inside. So the idea was to have a continuity of feel but also a texture change.
Sustainable Design Features – An isolation switch that turns off all the power that’s on standby. A 20,000 litre rainwater tank under the driveway. Large skylight over stairwell to let more natural light into the house.
Kitchen & Bathrooms – Were finalists in the 2010 HIA NSW Awards.
